Our efforts are focused on maintaining a strong degree of customer satisfaction, which means providing our residents with the most pleasant, carefree living experience possible.
APPLYING FOR RESIDENCY
After selecting your rental home of choice, Global obtains an application form each prospective resident and then verifies the information that has been provided. Each application is then approved or declined based9on general qualifying criteria (income, credit history and rental history). We provide equal housing opportunity. GENERAL CRITERIA

ï‚·To complete an application, each adult, 18 years or older, must submit a full application.

ï‚·A $35.00 application processing fee per adult is required. This fee covers the process of your application, including a credit check.

ï‚·$500.00 is due towards your security deposit. This deposit will reserve your rental home while your application is being processed. In the event of approval, your deposit will become a part of your security deposit. If your application is not approved, your deposit is refundable if you elect to cancel your application before receiving notification of your approval or within two days after receiving notice of your approval.

ï‚·2 years of rental history verification from an unbiased source is required.

ï‚·Sufficient income/resources are expected. Your income must be verifiable and exceed 3x the amount of rent.

ï‚·We may require a qualified co-signer and/or an additional security deposit of up to 2 months’ rent if you would otherwise qualify.

ï‚·False information is grounds for denial.

ï‚·Certain court judgments against you may result in the denial of your application.

ï‚·Poor credit records (overdue accounts) may result in the denial of your application.

ï‚·We will accept the first qualified applicant who submits a completed application and the required security deposit. If your application is accepted, you will be asked to sign a Lease Agreement within seven days from notice of your acceptance, in which you will agree to abide by the rules of the apartment/house community. A complete copy of our Lease Agreement is available upon request.

HOW DO I VIEW AVAILABLE PROPERTIES?If you are interested in viewing one of our properties, please call us at 717-562-0944 and schedule a meeting with one of our Associates. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office to reschedule.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM INTERESTED IN RENTING A PROPERTY?Each adult (anyone 18 and older) who will be occupying the property must submit a complete application and pay an application fee of $35.00. To hold the property, you must also submit $500.00 towards your security deposit. The application fee is non-refundable. The hold fee will be refunded if you are not approved for the property.

WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE LEASE?Our lease are generally for one year.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY APPLICTION ?We process applications as quickly as possible; it generally averages three business days for an application to be completed. To expedite your application be sure to provide accurate contact information and documentation as requested by Management.

AFTER MY APPLICATION IS APPROVED, WHAT DO I DO?We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that you have been approved. Then you will have seven business days to sign the lease and pay the security deposit to secure your new home. This payment must be made in the form of cashier’s check or money order. No personal checks or cash are accepted.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS AT YOUR RENTAL PROPERTIES?Pets must be approved by management.. A pet deposit of in the amount of $500 is required along with a monthly deposit.

HOW DO I TURN ON UTILITIES?Our office will provide you with a list of the utility companies along with their phone numbers. You will be responsible for beginning service to all utilities which you are responsible for effective on your move in date.
